1. Click the "Go" button in the middle of the page or 'Input' at the top of the page. 
2. Step 1: Consent to the terms and conditions by entering your information on the first page, then click 'next.'
3. Step 2: Input your passport number twice and email address, then click 'next.'
4. Step 3: Input your passport information including your last name, first name, and your birthday, then click next.
5. Step 4: Input the entry any stay information related to your visit such as date of entry, the address of your stay, your mobile number (you can click "I do not possess a mobile phone."), and a contact phone number in Korea, which can be your hotel phone number or your family's phone number. 
6. Step 5 & 6: Input quarantine information and your health condition. 
7. Step 7: Confirm the input information. After you check your information, click the 'submit' button.

            8. Final step: download the QR Code and print or save it when entering the country and submit it to the                         quarantine station. 

Important Tips:
